Video: Flowering grass decreases up to 150 FUL in ten days

In general, flowering grass is a burden, especially for cows because the palatability and digestibility and nutritional value of the grass goes down like a lead balloon. Just try to imagine that after ten days or so, flowering grass will decrease up to 150 FUL per kilo of dry matter. This is quite a lot. Especially when you aim for optimal quality, because grass is a very important part of the ration.
