Barsilo is a proven diploid hybrid ryegrass from Barenbrug’s Dutch breeding program. This variety is an intermediate type, which means a better drought tolerance and persistency than the usual Italian types. Barsilo can be used in mixtures for high silage production up to 3 years in areas with relative mild winters.
