Barjessica is a versatile variety for use in mixtures for landscape purposes, like lawns, parks, road sides, golf fairways and roughs. Barjessica has the best tolerance to extreme circumstances like long lasting drought and winter coldness. Barjessica is an intermediate green variety with fine leaves and high resistance to red thread. It does not require high inputs of water and fertilizers. Special property of Barjessica is its good shoot density and there higher close mowing tolerance than regular Festuca rubra rubra types.
