Your challenge

Responsible for sales of our sport & recreation grass seed in several European countries. Your customers are Barenbrug dealers who supply professional users and retailers. You will build long-term partnerships, with vision and persuasive professional support. Our common goal is to expand our growing market position by selling our innovative added-value concepts.


Your main tasks

  • B2B sales of our branded products and innovative concepts.
  • Building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Supporting customers with vision and knowledge.
  • Finding and managing new accounts.
  • Developing new markets with our Barenbrug brand.
  • Negotiating prices and delivery terms & conditions and recording them in agreements and contracts.
  • Drawing up a sales plan with forecasting in order to achieve growth.
  • Tracking trends and developments.
  • Planning your own business trips.
  • Reporting to Sales Lead Turf.

  • Entrepreneurial and driven to introduce innovative concepts.
  • Strong in communication and presentation.


You also have:

  • A higher professional education or university degree.
  • At least three years of work experience in international account management and the retail sector.
  • Affinity with the green sector is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch, German and English.
  • You are willing to spend about 30% of your time travelling.
